The Plan

Mastering Habits is a 6-week course designed to help you:

  1. Choose one small habit you can realistically repeat

  2. Identify the trigger → pattern → payoff that’s been running you

  3. Dismantle one habit and Design a replacement behavior that’s easier to follow through on

  4. Build an environment + accountability system that makes consistency more automatic

  5. Learn how to handle slip-ups without the “screw it” spiral

This course is not about hype.
It is about real change, one decision at a time.
